Dynamics 365 Talent is a suite of products that lives within the Dynamics family of Microsoft. Dynamics is a suite of tools that will empower every part of your business. Talent looks in the HR, Recruiting, and Onboarding space to better equip your team to find the perfect candidate faster.

Talent relationship and profile

A series of features for a recruiter to keep in contact with a high potential candidate. This system would then be able to track that interaction for follow-ups, notes and calendar invites in the future.

Data analytics and visualizations

Data is a huge part of the Dynamics platform. Being able to go to a set of dashboards catered to your role is a great way to either get a bird’s eye view of your entire team or just see how a pipeline for a specific job is doing.

AI enhancements, smart alerts, and bias detection

Pushing our experiences to the next level is always something we can look out for. Using AI enhancements to give recruiters smart alerts based on their job, candidates, pools, and more. Another way we can use AI during the job process is by calling our biased words and suggesting better words for job descriptions.
